Simone Walsh
Executive Director
Founder & Creative Director

Simone Walsh is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, author, fashion designer, and community advocate dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome adversity and rediscover their purpose.

With a background in fashion design and medical administration, Simone has always believed in the power of transformation — both internally and externally. In 2002, she launched her fashion brand Mo'knotic, a platform created to inspire confidence, self-expression, and personal growth.

Her passion for mental health advocacy was born through her own journey of healing and recovery, which inspired her to create Essence of Mind Outreach Program Inc. — a charitable organization focused on supporting individuals and families affected by mental health challenges.

Certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Simone has dedicated her work to helping reduce stigma while creating safe spaces for healing, education, and empowerment.

In addition to her advocacy work, Simone is also the author of "Poetic Diary of a Bleeding Heart," a self-help memoir created to inspire resilience and hope through life's challenges.

Simone's work and community impact have been recognized by various organizations and media outlets, including the House of Commons, Rogers Television, SNAP Magazine, and The Brampton Guardian.
